Bandar Stonegut
initiative 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
Bandar looks the first wolf in the eyes and growl himself.
He throws the torch he picked up towards the group aiming for the leading wolf, but really just trying to scare them.
Throw improvised weapon 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (12) - 2 = 10
damage ?
"Oi! Wake up! Get yer arses out 'ere and fight!" he yells over his shoulder.
Drosk Ironhame
With a snort, Drosk rouses at Bandar's shout. Unable to don his armor, he grabs his warhammer and shield as he dashes out of the tent, stopping just outside the entrance to take in the scene. "Hmm, maybe I should invest in some light armor to sleep in, if this is going to be a common occurrence now that I am an adventurer..." the young dwarf thinks to himself.
Note: Without his scale mail on, Drosk is AC 12 for this battle.
Initiative: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (7) + 0 = 7
Manduzi Steelsong
Manduzi Draws his rapier and attacks the leading wolf in one swift move during the initial opening, before dropping back 5 feet into a defensive stance and readying himself for any retaliation by the wolves.
Fighting Defensively for 1st actual round, not surprise round, readying an action.
Initiative1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
Attack1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Bardic Ability: Inspire Courage: +1 attack/damage +1 save vs. fear/charm
oi my "dice" gone bad
Velios
Velios charges out of his tent with his guisarme ready to attack. "Looks like we're having wolf steaks for breakfast!"
Move 10ft from alpha wolf and attack.
Initiative 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Guisarme Attack 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 Damage 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (4, 1) + 4 = 9

Manduzi - 23
Velios - 18
Wolves - 13
Bandar - 12
Naria - 9
Drosk - 7
Beilin - 3
Manduzi is already on his feet and ready when the wolves pop out into the clearing and his rapier flashes swiftly, cutting out a mark from the creatures shoulder and raising his blade in preparation for another strike.
Velios moves forward until he is close behind him and draws his weapon then lashes out, striking deep into it with his bladed staff, causing the blood to flow freely and leaving the wolf standing shakily on its feet.
The torch sails past the other two, but lands just beyond the wolves and it doesn't seem to deter the wildness in the animals eyes.
The three wolves press in closer to the current watch, the leader snapping at Manduzi and ripping the flesh on his side. You take 5 Damage
The next wolf steps forward, biting into Bandar's leg, catching hold and jerking its head to the side pulling the dwarf off his feet. You take 3 Damage
The final wolf moves forward a bit, wary of the Guisarme as lunges forward, though it misses completely.
Manduzi, you didn't specify what you were readying for so I just acted out the turn as it was coming, but I have a feeling it was for the wolves to try and attack. You can make that strike if thats what it was for and that may alter the hit from the wolf if you dropped him.
So just to summary a bit since I know it was a bit confusing with the surprise actions- Manduzi strikes(surprise) and readies(normal), Velios moves/draws(surprise) and attacks(normal), Bandar throws torch(surprise).
We are now onto Bandar's turn in the normal initiative. If Naria and Drosk want to post what they plan on doing on their turns as well, once I hear from Bandar I will put up another fluff piece like this.

Naria
Naria sleepily emerges from her tent rubbing tiredly at her eyes and yawning "Okay what's with all the noise and sho-HOLY CRAP" She yells out upon noticing the wolves she quickly assumes a fighting stance
Pretty sure getting up and walking out the tent would use up both my move actions but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Manduzi Steelsong
"Foul Beast!" He calls out, keeping a low gaurd. Manduzi does his best to deliver a riposte at the savage creature but his sword arm is shaky as he does his best to conceal the fact that this is his first real kill-or-be-killed situation.
Attack 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (7) - 1 = 6 -4 penalty for fighting defensively,making AC 17 1st round
Damage1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Yes, thats what I figured too, standing from prone is one move and then advancing is another. Still, sometimes players surprise you, so I didn't want to just assume thats what you guys were doing.
Manduzi strikes with his blade a second time, but unfortunately the wounded wolf ducks nimbly out of the way.

Ah! You are right! Somehow I mixed you and Beilin as to who was the one awake and asleep. Thats embarassing. Let me correct my above post slightly then. If you plan on still striking the next round, you can keep those rolls from above as you did pretty well with it.
When the wolf comes out, Beilin's arrow fires off, striking the dirt near its feet.
Velios springs to his feet and hurries forward, getting just behind Manduzi where he can hit any of the wolves.
Beilin Elzra
On my first round initiative I will stow my bow and grab my quarterstaff, taking a five foot step into G17.
Second round initiative will be to move into a position to assist Bandar if he is still fighting a wolf. I will fight defensively (pfrpg pg.184) while attempting to aid another to give Bandar a +2 to attack(pfrpg pg.197).
Modified AC: 18
Aid Another roll DC:10 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (10) - 3 = 7 well I suppose I assist by giving the wolf a second target lol
Beilin starts rummaging through his dice back looking for a new d20, while setting up a time-out spot for the current d20
Remember the +1 atk/damage as I continue to inspire and encourage you guys and gals.
round 2 inspire courage.
Drosk Ironhame
Like Naria, Drosk spent his first round getting up and walking out of his tent.
Bandar Stonegut
Despite the wolf being threatening close Bandar just shrugs and spring up on his feets ”Oh so ya wanna play, eh doggy? Well why don't ya stay a while then?” Bandar says while punching out at the wolf, aiming above its leg to hamper it's movement.
Acrobatics to stand up without AoO (can you use acrobatics this way?) 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Attack 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 3 + 1 = 19
damage 1d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 1 = 6
stand up (move action) unarmed strike using scorpion style. If it hits it forces the wolf to make a dc 14 fortitude save or have its movement reduced to 5' for 3 rounds.

I see it, but will post it again just to be sure

Ahh, you posted the second time and they both appeared for me, thank you. Also, I don't believe that you can use acrobatics that way in the core rules(in 3.5 they introduced it in the epic book and the complete adventurer I believe), but I would normally not be adverse to such a check. It goes for anyone, if you come up with something reasonable you wish to try for that isn't covered in the rules, I don't mind ad hoc-ing something to make it work. But in this case, it shouldn't be needed, since I had assumed that those who were up on watch were on their feet already by the time the wolves burst out.
The wolf is struck by Bandar solidly and lets out a whimper and it obviously looks like it is having trouble with its mobility, one of its legs held up in the air.
As the dwarf strikes the animal, the last two members of the party come rushing out of their tents to see the animals before them.
Beilin hurries forward and tries to harry the wolf, but the injured animal seems focused on Bandar and is not paying so much attention to the bard.
That puts us back at the top of the round. I'll repost initiative below. Feel free to post your actions(along with any contingencies you can think of) and I'll sort them into order. If anything major ever changes in combat(target dies, ally takes a big hit, ect) I have no problem giving you a chance to revise your actions, but the broader an idea I have of what you may do, the faster we can keep combat moving.
Manduzi - 23

Manduzi Steelsong
"Naria, flank this one!" He calls out indicating the wolf to his left. Manduzi will wait until Naria flanks the wolf on the left before attacking. If she takes a different course of action, he will instead attack the one infront of him
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
1d6 ⇒ 6
Beilin Elzra
Hmm the wolf is not even paying attention to me huh, Beilin grips his quarterstaff with both hands and steps into I13 bringing down the staff square on the back of the wolf.
come on dice don't fail me now
Attack 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Continue Inspiring courage (3rd round)
hmm might be time for an old fashioned dice cleansing....beilin turns to the bookshelf and pulls out the Hackmaster Players guide "I am sure it's in here somewhere."
Drosk Ironhame
Drosk swings his warhammer at the wolf attacking Bandar.
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
"Here now, ye mangy cur! Get ye gone!" he shouts at the wolf.
Drosk Ironhame
Oops! Forgot to add in the +1 to attack and damage from Beilin's Inspire Courage - my rolls should have been a total of 18 to hit and 9 damage if Inspire Courage is still in play.
Velios
Round 3 for me, I believe:
After striking the wolf solidly, Velios feels a bit of pride wash over him. He thinks to himself "At least all this training taught me something."
Velios then brings his guisarme back around behind him and with an overhead swing, tries to finish the wolf off.
Attack 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 Damage 2d4 + 5 ⇒ (4, 2) + 5 = 11
Bandar Stonegut
since I had assumed that those who were up on watch were on their feet already by the time the wolves burst out.
i was, but i understood that the wolf tripped me durring its attack.
Assuming the wolf go down under the combined efforts of the dwarfs, and perhaps despite Beilins efforts ;)Bandar looks gratefull at his dwarven companion, then suddenly charges across the ground to find more targets.
Not technically a charge. I can reach both wolfs with 4 squares of movement, and will attack the one on the right side of Manduzi.
Attack 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 3 + 1 = 16
Damage 1d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 1 = 6

Ahh, you are right, Bandar. I normally like to think that I'm pretty on the ball with this kind of thing so two blunders in a row feels embarrassing.
Naria seems receptive to the call made by Manduzi, so he readies his strike until she is able to posistion herself to fully distract the wolf.
Velios moves back just enough to get a good strike in on the wolf before him, striking down into it with his bladed staff, cutting deeply into its shoulder, leaving it gravely wounded.
The wolf Velios struckWho can apparently roll very well steps a bit closer to Naria, snapping at her and catching her with a firm bite. He catches hold of her and gives a hard yank, spinning her slightly and dropping her to the dirt. You take 5 damage.
The other two wolves bite again at Manduzi and Bandar, but miss widely.
Seeing Naria drop onto her back, Manduzi's blade lets fly and strikes across the side of the wolf.
Naria, I hope you don't mind me altering your target, because you wouldn't be able to strike the other one since you have been knocked prone.
Naria springs back up to her feet, delivering a firm strike to the snarling wolf beside her. The previous blow from Velios splits open wider with the impact and the wolf succumbs to the wound, dropping flat.
Drosk lands a solid blow with his warhammer, knocking the wolf to the ground and making it go limp. Bandar hurries past the wolf even as it falls, striking the alpha wolf firmly and the creature finally succumbs to its wounds and drops flat.
As suddenly as it all began all is silent around the campfire again and you are left with the bodies of three scrawny wolves.
Manduzi Steelsong
Manduzi flicks the rapier through the air one last time to remove the blood from the blade. He pauses and examines the blade for a moment before placing it back in it's sheath. " The smell of blood will attract other scavengers, We should move these carcasses away from camp." He reasons as he scratches the back of his head, wary of the task he has suggested.
Naria
"Were would we move them though" Naria pipes up trying to see to where the dog bit her "I don't think any of us really want to be walking through the woods in the middle of the night with those." She pauses and seems to think for a minute "Could we burn the bodies on the fire?"
Manduzi Steelsong
Manduzi crosses his arms and strokes his chin in thought. "Admittedly I've never spent a night anywhere lacking down pillows and a ceiling." He says with an over-exaggerated shrug of his shoulders. "So perhaps it's best if those more experienced with such things decides what to do with the bodies."
Beilin Elzra
"It seems strange to me that the wolves attacked, I mean there has to be easier prey, why would they attack a lit campsite?" Beilin pauses in contemplation.
Knowledge Nature 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
"Yah I can help you move the wolf bodies Bandar, even if it's just to the otherside of the trail it is better then right here."
Tarlane

Hauling the bodies of the injured and mangy wolves certainly isn't enjoyable work, but simply moving them across the trail isn't particularly difficult either, none of them are particularly heavy.
Setting back up the watch for the night passes uneventfully. With the howls of the wolves now silenced, the forest is eerily quiet beyond the steady drumming of the rain that continues throughout the evening and into the morning.
When the sun starts to rise in the morning, its hard to tell exactly through the heavy foliage and the clouds, but it doesn't look like the rain is going to be ending too soon.
Drosk Ironhame
Before the party turned in after the wolf attack, Drosk would have Channeled Energy to heal anyone wounded.
