A projector set up would be cool. Maybe we could all bring cool personal videos of fun stuff and organize a video-room for a couple hours!

Okay, tickets are available now. Um, is this the kind of thing that could actually become Sold Out??
I can't usually plan for Summer events this far in advance -- even when I'm going out of the country.
Now, I'd really like to go, but it's something I won't be able to know for sure until early May or so.
I hope to attend next year. I'm not going to be certain till after the first of the year. But by the middle of January I should have a decent idea if I can make it.

The Crab Pot Meet 'n Greet on the Thursday before the Con that Timitius keeps setting up, despite knowing that I HATE fish. And yes, I expect Tim to bend over backwards to not offend my delicate, refined sensibilities. :P
Party every night at Zuxius' room. His homebrews are rather tasty. This is also a partial answer to #4.
Boomer and I taking a thirty-minute smoke break every ten minutes during Zuxius' evening shindigs. Come along for the ride if ye fear not the carcinogens. We just gets crazy. :D
Oh, and I'll be showing off minis again this year, so I guess that's a tradition now. :P

Your "Burnt Offerings" suggestion's not bad. I also recommend the tradition of giving me free booze, whether at PaizoCon or just, y'know, whenever. That's the tradition that keeps on giving, right there. :P

At the hotel? Hmm. Well, they got a full bar in the hotel restaurant, but despite Seattle being a pretty solid brew-town, I didn't see a really big selection. Around town, there's dozens of places, but I do not know any of them, as I was flat broke during PaizoCon II and lived off about thirty bucks and a big bottle of Maker's Mark the whole trip. Did a couple 38-hour accidental fasts that time. I don't recommend it.
In Seattle, you've got tons of options. Here's a list of places that sell beer in Seattle proper. Dunno if this'll load for non Beer Advocate members, but hey, BA is free, so join up and check it out. And that's just Seattle, so options from around Seattle aren't on this list. But here's one for Bellevue, if you're looking to not travel into the city.
But it's still a big list. :D
Aside from local goodies, Seattle's part of the I-5 corridor, so anything from the coastline is usually available. We're talking Stone, Lagunitas, Sierra Nevada, Russian River, Bear Republic, Ninkasi, Hair of the Dog, Deschutes (from further east), Rogue, Pelican... I mean, whatever your poison. Seattle's also a major city and trading hub, so Goose Island, Dogfish Head, and Allagash are in definite supply. I could hardly name them all. Your options are not limited, sir. :D
And yes, I sell beer as my day job. Hope that's not too obvious. :P

Well, I'm in Western NC, so the best honey in this area are either Sourwood or Locust honey. No orange trees up here, unfortunately. :(
For a decent size batch I need five pounds of raw honey, which I should be able to get at the farmer's market at a decent price.

Sounds good. The ginger and orange zest should not be a problem, and a worst case scenario would be running with local sourwood honey (which would not be a bad thing ;) ), but I would love to try this with orange blossom honey if possible.
And no worries on the gluten front; with water, honey, yeast, ginger and orange zest as the only ingredients, you should be in the clear.

I've still go a bottle from a friend's wedding back in 2002. Figure I'll pop it open in 2012 ... 10 years in the bottle ... and just in case the world ends. ;)
I was going to run an all-night Dark*Matter game on the winter solstice of 2012, and bring bottles of all the Stone Vertical Epic vintages I could get my grubby little hands on ('07-'12, most likely) to do a mini-vertical tasting during the game. Dunno if I'll actually get to do it, though. Hope I do.

Are we talking about you making a homebrew or perhaps a mead or cider? I'd go with making the brew I was most proud of making, t'were I you, but if you've also got a new recipe that sounds absolutely amazing (probably still enough time to take a shot at a barleywine, if you're, you know, crazy), then by all means go for that. Most of the Paizo community, while definitely beer lovers, aren't snobbish beer punks who won't touch a beverage they feel is below their unreachable standards, so don't be afraid if you make a so-so product. We're friends, not judges.

If you meant you want to be there for all the fun times, here's my suggestions (these apply to everyone, of course, so I'm generalizing a bit):
1:) Get your ticket(s) for PaizoCon.
2:) Arrange your travel plans so that you're in Bellevue the Thursday before the Con officially starts.
3:) Keep an eye on the PaizoCon forums so that when Timitius starts talking about smashing seafood with a mallet, you'll know where and when the PaizoCon Meet n' Eat will be (most likely the Crab Pot, located at 2 Lake Bellevue Drive, Bellevue, WA 98005-2415; [425] 455-2244).
4:) While at the Crab Pot at the appointed time, find Zuxius. Last year, he was the only guy in a suit, so if that's the case this year, he'll be easy to find. Timitius also provided name tags last year, so assuming that happens this year, well, just keep gawking at people's chests until you see one that says "Zuxius."
5:) Make nice with Zux, apologize for staring at his chest, and ask about his homebrews. Ask if you could swing by for one of his little afterparties. He'll probably say yes, unless you offend him.
6:) DO NOT OFFEND ZUXIUS. HE IS THE GATEKEEPER.
7:) Arrive at the hotel room number Zuxius has given you, perhaps with a snack item or beverage selection. You don't have to provide enough to feed/inebriate the whole room; just enough to prove you're not a mooching jerkus ("mooching jerkus" slated to appear in Pathfinder Bestiary 2: Wrath of Bulmahn). Be showered and wearing clean clothes; it's tight quarters in there, and if we all obey basic cleanliness etiquette, we are all happy.
8:) Knock on the door. Wait. If no one responds, the party's probably pretty loud, so knock again. Don't pound on the door and wake up, like, everyone on that wing of the hotel, though. I bet one of our fellow Con-goers has their heart set on a decent night's rest, and it might be the GM of a game you're playing in tomorrow.
9:) DO NOT OFFEND THE GM OF A GAME YOU'RE PLAYING IN TOMORROW. THEIR WRATH WILL BE TREMENDOUS, AND THEY ALL PACK FIREARMS.
10:) Zux, or someone near the door, will eventually open the door. Say hello, step inside, make nice with your fellow Paizonians, and enjoy the festivities.
11:) Please leave the doorway clear for folks to come in and out, and to allow access for us chain-smoking monstrosities. We will appear and disappear, usually with a "BAMF" noise, at frequent intervals, and we need a clear point of entrance and egress, lest we teleport into someone and blow them up.

Will anyone be there earlier than 18-20? I have to catch a plane from Hawaii to make it, so I'm going to be in Seattle for at least a week, give or take. Definitely not spending 1200 on a plane ticket for just 3 days :).
I'm also bringing my uniform (since for some reason, I get a free upgrade to first class whenever I wear it on a plane), so the ladies can get pictures with me! (Also, free beer. Not even joking.)
Hopefully there'll be a 2011 Paizocon as I already took vacation for Otakon.

At the current rate of growth, I'm gonna give a 95% certain "yes." The size of the Con's doubled since PaizoCon '09 (and the difference betwixt '09 and '08 requires experimental mathematical models to calculate), basically taking over a whole hotel for three days. At this rate of expansion, PaizoCon 2011 will require all of Bellevue to contain, and 2012 will be so massive as to open Rovagug's extradimensional prison, marking the the beginning of end of the planet just in time for December 21st, 2012.
See? The Mayans foretold it all using cute cartoony pictograms laid out in a circle. I read that somewhere.

I think I will have to attend many of such breaks if they occur. I missed about 90% of your visit to my room because you weren't in my room. >:)

You're always welcome to attend, sir. We'd love to have you. And I'd love to hang out with you more myself; I know Booms and I were essentially unavailable, but we were having a hetero-man-crush moment through most of the Con. We're goofy like that. :P

I don't even drink but had a good time hanging at Chez Zux at least one of the nights of the con, talking gaming and checking out Nwah's minis (yay ogre mage), and just randomly in the halls and rooms with whomever.
That's the beauty of the Con - there's no shortage of opportunity to find other gamers and most of em are pretty cool cats.

I am looking at booking Moorlucks and my airline tickets. Do you guys have any idea about what time the Meet and Greet will be on Thursday? I want to make sure teh flight gets us across country in time to make that. :D

Our last two Meet-and-Eat events started around 6 PM or so. Plan on 6-6:30 PM to be the start time this year.
I am planning on it being at the Crab Pot again....unless they flat-out refuse to reserve us this year. I am beginning to feel that we may exceed 100 people this time around! O_o

Being local, my wife has mentioned that she would be up for going to the zoo, aquarium, science center, or other such venue that is favorable to children on the weekend.
As we near the time, we can iron out the details for all those interested.

The Museum of Glass is actually very cool, and it includes an active working demonstration glassworks where you can watch folks making stuff right before your eyes. It will require a car, as it's down in Tacoma, about 30+ miles from the PaizoCon site, but if you're looking for a local attraction that's pretty unique and very interesting, I'd give it a thumbs up. I went there with the wife and kids last year and everybody liked it.

I REALLY wanted to go see it last year, but time and funds were just too tight. The time before that when I was in Seattle for a concert, I actually tried to go, but my friend tried to take a shortcut and got lost.
This year, it's gonna happen. Third times the charm!
