How long does dazzling display last?

Rules Questions

Hi,,

I need ore info on this as the SRD doesn't cover. After you use the full round action to 'demoralise' your opponents, what is the effect (demoralise is not a status effect). I think is causes them to become frieghtened. But it doesn't say for how long. Is it similar to the barbarian's Intimidating glare (the foe is shaken for 1d4 rounds + 1 round for every 5 points by which the barbarian's check exceeds the DC.)

I'm asking because depending on duration combined with Shatter defenses could concieveably allow a Rogue to apply sneak attack to full attacks vs a demoralised foe.

Far better than the usual Combat Exp, Improved Feint combo.....

Cheers.

Dazzling Display works like a standard Intimidate check against multiple people. So for every 5 you beat the DC by, they're shaken for another round.

Thanks. are they shaken or fightened?

Dazzling Display (Combat)
Your skill with your favored weapon can frighten enemies.

Prerequisite: Weapon Focus, proficiency with the selected weapon.

Benefit: While wielding the weapon in which you have Weapon Focus, you can perform a bewildering show of prowess as a full-round action. Make an Intimidate check to demoralize all foes within 30 feet who can see your display.

Cheers.

Shaken. The text before the prerequisite is fluff, descriptive text to give players an idea what the feat does, rather than hard rules text. However, Dazzling Display is a badly worded feat as it doesn't explicitly state that it works like a standard Intimidate check, even though that's the only way it reasonably could work.

thankyou.
