Invisibility and grappling.

Here is a question that has come up a few times in the Pathfinder game our group has been playing.

Scenario:

Invisible attacker initiates a grapple.

Does the defender lose his Dex bonus to CMD?

Discuss.

Easy. In the combat section under Combat Maneuver Defense, it says a flat footed does not add it's dexterity bonus to it's CMD.
