Stats for Thesing Umbero Ulvaud?

In The Bastards of Erebus the PCs get to interact with Thesing Umbero Ulvaud. Since Diplomacy DCs are affected by the target's Charisma score, I was wondering what is Ulvaud's score. He is noted as a recurring character, so perhaps his stats are listed in another adventure?

What you are looking for:
CHA = 13
Intimidate = +7
Bluff = +7

That should get you through the encounter.

Threadjack! I like to intermix elements from future modules into current ones to foreshadow and make the flow feel more seamless.

My plan for Thesing is for him to be quite upset, but suddenly calm himself, assess the situation, apologize, and suggest that the PCs would be perfect for some bit roles in a play in which he'll be starring in the upcoming weeks. If they perform well, they might even meet the Mayor and other shakers and movers in Westcrown! Of course, he's got ulterior motives for his change in demeanor.

When it gets closer to the casting time, he'll send a personal message inviting them to audition, around the same time Ailyn expresses their need to get inside Aberian's Folly. With Ailyn and Janiven filling in a little more detail, my hope is that the PCs will craft the plan for the bulk of The Sixfold Trial on their own without a lot of nudging from me.
