Hmm. I never knew about Samhain. Very interesting.

Like Ambrosia, growing up in a Roman Catholic family, All Saints' Day was always a big deal, so I was always aware of the religious connection with Halloween.

That said, these days pushing secular holidays into a more religious direction is like swimming up a waterfall.
