I placed this order on September 30 and I'm seeing that it still hasn't shipped. The confirmation said that it would ship within 5 to 11 business days, and we're now 2 or 3 days past that.

I'm just inquiring as to whether or not there is something wrong with my order. I've ordered from Paizo over a dozen times and I've never had an order take more than a day or two to ship. This order is one of the smallest orders I've made, so I'm a little concerned and confused about the delay.

The good news is that your order is all in and ready to go. You should be receiving your shipping notification either today or tomorrow.

It appears that we had some difficulty in bringing in the Sand Game Timers from distribution. However, after a short delay, they have come in and we will be getting everything out to you as soon as possible.
