I'm trying to cancel Order #1276404 and cannot find the location on the site to do so.
I tried calling Cust. Service, but all lines were busy and no hold. I left a message.
Can this be done here?

Don't bump it again. Customer Service works from the bottom up so they answer posts roughly in the order they came in. If this is time-sensitive, you can also send an e-mail to the address at the bottom of the page in fine print, but in general, yes, they can handle order cancellations here.
