Two weeks ago I sent an email asking if my Side Cart items would ship with my Bestiary as it looked to me that they wouldn't as my Subscriptions shows them shipping in November with AP#27. I was told by Cosmo in a reply that they would be shipped with the Bestiary as I had my settings set to hold for one monthly shipment and the Bestiary was my next subscribed item.
Yesterday I recieved my email saying my Bestiary was shipped, but no mention of my side cart items being shipped. I look at my subscriptions and the side cart items are all still listed as shipping in November with AP #27.
I'm a little disappointed at this as I was told they would ship with the Bestiary. As I do want to save on shipping, I guess I'll just have to wait until November to get the items now. Why were my Side Cart items not shipped with the Bestiary?

I would like to add, if I change my items to never hold, the Side Cart items are still set to ship in Novemember with AP#27. I'm thinking these items are somehow linked directly to AP#27. I don't want them shipped separately now. I'd like to get an answer to why its happening, as I will be ordering more books in the future and I just want to understand what will happen. I'll order them and have them set to hold for a monthly shipment. I don't want to have another book that's pushed back hold up an order again.

Your Bestiary shipped by itself because it was hte start of your Pathfinder subscription. It was supposed to have gone to your sidecart to await shipment with your monthly shipment, but it did not. I have reimbursed your shipping fee for this order as Paizo store credit.
As for your sidecart items, if you select "Never hold Anything", the sidecart items should cease being held and be processed to ship out right away. If it does not do this, please let me know.
