I want to subscribe but the book is already shipped...

I was hoping to get my Pathfinder Bestiary upgraded to a Pathfinder RPG subscription (I have a previous post detailing this). Now the Bestiary has shipped. I would like to subscribe for all future products and also would hope that I can download the Bestiary PDF as well.

The problem is that when I go to subscribe, the web app tries to charge me for the Bestiary. Will I be charged for the Bestiary again? Can I subscribe without buying the Bestiary again and is it too late to get the PDF as a free download for subscribing?

Please advise on what I should do.

I hate to say it, but you will have to start your subscription with the next item (the GM Screen) and have to buy the PDF.


I'm not gonna lie, it seems like kind of a small thing to open the PDF for me to download if I want to subscribe.

Customer Service works these from the bottom to the top, meaning each time you bump it the further down the list it goes. I would wait until Monday afternoon to call them etc.

As a note, I would also doubt that you would be able to get it... but it doesn't hurt to try!

Given the the subscriber free downloads haven't started yet, I don't see what difference it would make apart from accounting.

Ah, so it is.

The email I got said it wasn't available until the 21st, so I didn't think to check, but I'm downloading it right now.

also, Vic said that they are down a customer service person until Monday. AND Cosmo has been know to go and help in the warehouse after hours when big shipments are going out instead of staying late working on the messageboard posts...

Between the 2 of those, their a little behind
