I got an e-mail saying that there was a problem with this order, apparently you couldn't charge my credit card, but there should be plenty of money available, and there doesn't seem to be an option to change the payment method either. Also one of the products is set as pending, while the other is at preorder, although I've set my subscriptions to ship as soon as they become available.
Could you check to see if my order is perpetually locked in, and split the order in two so I don't have to wait for the preorder.
