I hope this isn't a stupid question!
In the Pathfinder Core Rulebook, page 26, a halfling's attribute adjustments are +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma and -2 Strength. However, just after this listing is the information that: "Halflings are nimble and strong-willed . . .", which leads me to perceive that a +2 Wisdom adjustment is more appropriate. To compound things further, page 453 of the Core Rulebook (in Chapter 14) states that a halfling NPC's racial abilty adjustment is -2 Strength, +2 Dexterity and +2 Intelligence.
So . . . does a halfling get a +2 to Charisma, Wisdom, or Intelligence?

Halflings is sooooooo cute! :)
That's kind of the feeling I get. Small races get CHA bonus because they are cute.
Urgh.

GRRRR, this is the third and final time I'm trying this. If it fails again I give up.
Anyways, I completely agree it blows there aren't any small races in core with Int instead of cha. Thankfully, there is a non-core solution.
