is it heal and damage at the same time., or is it heal or damage.

For example

I got both a zombie and a comrade within 30 feet. I heal/harm darm.

Do I hurt one and heal the other, or do I have to choose?

Heal or damage. It either heals the living or harms the undead, not both at the same time.

i think in the case of undead, since you would be channeling positive energy to heal an ally (presumably), that positive energy would harm the undead as well.

edit: yeah, paul is correct. even though it is positive energy, you can only target one type of creature per burst (so either the undead, or your living party members)
