Today is the 13th business day since the shipment of this order, so it is definitely running late at this point.
Given that this order contained replacements for a previous order, please double check that your shipping address is correct on your My Subscriptions page. You also may want to check with your local post office to determine if there is any explanation for your suspension of service.

Address is correct. I received my mail today including a package from Lands End. Should I be asking the post ofice anything specific? I did receive my PFRPG book back in August.
Can I ask what the difference is between Standard Shipping and USPS First class is for the US (changing them seems to have no effect on the estimated S&H cost)? UPS may be in my future.

Sorry to be a pain, but I'm not sure where we stand with this.
Timeline regarding missing items:
* Majority of order was supposed to be in the box with the PFRPG core book. Received PFRPG core book but nothing else was included.
* Missing items added to monthly shipment, which still hasn't arrived but regular mail and a packages from Lands End and Eddie Bauer via USPS did come.
* I whined about my missing order and had a couple of questions.
* Second bout of whining.
