Trouble with the Personalizer.

I've been having difficulties personalizing files on the My Downloads page. Any suggestions?

What kind of trouble are you having? Usually refreshing the page once every 20 seconds or so will do the trick if you're seeing the "personalizer unavailable" message.

I've been trying to refresh about every minute or so and it just says 'waiting for personalizer'.

earlier today I had a few things hang on the waiting for about 10 minutes... then again I downloaded all 60 files from my account to a new netbook, so it was expected
