I came across the first 3 Legacy of Fire books at Amazon. They have different cover artwork than the ones I got through my subscription at Paizo. Are these versions updated to PRPG rules, or are they still 3.5?

The covers you're seeing are the placeholder art Paizo released when the books were announced (so that Amazon and other stores could market them in advance) but before the final artwork was completed. Amazon has a feature that allows you to upload new images for covers just for this reason, but apparently no one has done so for these books. There was only one cover printed for each title and only one version of each (3.5).
