While implementing the Raven, my tool gave me a different result for the Raven's skills. The Bestiary preview lists these skills for the Raven Familiar as:
Skills Fly +5, Perception +6
And my tool gave me:
Skills Fly +6, Perception +5
Let's break it down to verify:
FLY:
+0 (average maneuverability)
+4 (Tiny size)
+2 (Dex of 15)
==============
+6 to Fly
PERCEPTION:
+2 (Wisdom of 15)
+3 (Skill focus: Perception feat)
===================
+5 to perception.
Unless someone can prove me wrong, I am reporting this as an error in the Bestiary Preview.

Also, it should only have one feat, I think; none of the other familiar creatures have two feats. If I had to guess, I'd say that Skill Focus (Perception) is a typo (which would make the Perception bonus correct, assuming it has one skill rank in Perception).
And under the Appraise skill listing in the PRPGCR, it says that a master with a raven familiar still gets a +3 on Appraise checks.
Looks like the raven is still the best basic familiar hands down.
