OK, the real reason. Slow roasted prime rib for a minimum of 14 hours (got mine at 23 hours). Best steak I ever had.

Now, if he was in Cairnes, I'd suggest Dundee's and get the Kangaroo, Emu, shark, and croc platter. Or to go into the open air strip mall just off the ocean (you know the one, by the swimming pool) and order a kangaroo steak.
