Is it me, or are you guys excluding the Advancement line entry? Those are really helpful, especially for using lower CR creatures in high-level campaigns. It also helps to know at what HD a creature advances in size (if they advance in size at all).
I hope this is a mere oversight. The advancement line is necessary, I think.

I can't remember the thread, but it's been mentioned that the line was purposefully removed for a few reasons.
1) to save on space on each monster entry. The rules for advancement have been moved to a section in the book on different methods on how to advance a monster.
2) to allow for different ways to advance a monster without locking in the HD advancement being tied to a size increase, and allow GMs to advance as monster as desired.
