I got the notice that my debit card did not have sufficient funds when it was run as a pretest. It does have enough funds now.

When I click My Subscriptions, my ongoing subscription now lists as cancelled. What happened?

I apologize for that. Apparently I still had your subscription open when someone else requested to have their subscription open.

I have uncanceled your subscription and order. It will still ship as normal.
