Apologies if this has been asked and answered before. Do any of the sourcebooks make mention of whether the open wearing of armor and weapons is legal, illegal, a social faux pas, etc. in Korvosa? I know this has been addressed in other city settings, and was wondering if anything official exists with regard to Korvosa (or any other Golarion cities for that matter...).

Nothing about that in either the Guide to Korvosa or the CotCT AP that I've seen, and I've been reading over the Guide quite a lot lately.
In my campaign (if anyone ever asks) I'm chalking it up to being a considerably 'frontier' city, geographically. Besides, everybody on the various docks is going to have a knife, dagger or access to things like belaying pins and gaff hooks as part of their job, so... it'd be hard to practically enforce.
