Sorry, I misunderstood the question; stuart haffenden is correct, spontaneous conversion of Cure/Inflict spells for Clerics and S.N.A. spells for Druids does not increase the casting time.

"A cleric spontaneously casting a cure or inflict spell, or a druid spontaneously casting a summon nature’s ally spell, can cast a metamagic version of it instead. Extra time is also required in this case."
Clerics and Druids work basically like Sorcerers and Bards when applying Metamagic feats to Spontaneous Casting.
