I have a couple of questions. After cracking open The bastards of Erbus, I began reading. I noticed on page 10 a suggestion to download a Council of thieves Players guide. I have done this and printed it up. I also have the Pathfinder Companion: Cheliax, the empire of devils. I haven’t had time to read either yet. What is the difference between the two supplements?
Also there is mention of a PDF, The Council of Thieves Game Master’s guide on page 10 of the Bastards of Erbus. Where would I find that PDF?
Thank you

The information from the Council of Thieves Game Master's Guide was folded into the CoT Player's Guide.
In effect the Player's Guide is only really needful if you do not have the Cheliax companion. There is some extra information covering the immediate environs of Westcrown (well below Paizo's usual writing/editing standards) and a bunch of CoT traits.
