The class feature description for Rage states: "Temporary increases to Constitution, such as those gained from rage and spells like bear's endurance, do not increase the total number of rounds that a barbarian can rage per day." So no, you don't add your rage-induced Constitution score to rages per day. You would, however, add the bonus from an Ability-boosting belt that you had worn for more than 24 hours.
