i actually have two issues, but the big one is order 1213386.

order included
Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook (OGL) Hardcover
Pathfinder Adventure Path #25
Pathfinder Chronicles: Legacy of Fire Map Folio
Pathfinder Companion: Cheliax, Empire of Devils
athfinder Module: Crypt of the Everflame

according to the site everything shipped on the 11th of august. i recieved my hard copy of PFRPG on the 14th, but i have not yet recieved anything else. 13 business days have passed since shipping, but i wanted to give you guys extra time with all the rulebooks you were trying to get out. I did notice that the rulebook was shipped separately, is there a chance my second box never left the warehouse? Would appreciate if someone could check in on that for me.

second issue is that order #1199505 is STILL showing as pending. been having some problems with my card on the site lately, order fails to go through, then when i have net access i have to log on and resubmit it and it works. however this order still has not processed, possibly due to issues with the previous one. is there any way i can get the other cards deleted out of the system other than the one ending in 5552? tried to do it manually to no success.

It appears that those books should have been in the box with your hardcover. I will send replacements as soon as possible with your newly fixed and reprocessed order #1199505.
