so my question is Dazzling display lets me demoralize all enemies in 30 feet as a full round action as stated below
Prerequisite: Weapon Focus, proficiency with the selected weapon.
Benefit: While wielding the weapon in which you have Weapon Focus, you can perform a bewildering show of prowess as a full-round action. Make an Intimidate check to demoralize all foes within 30 feet who can see your display.
while the intimidate skill lets me do it as a standard action as stated below
Demoralize: You can use this skill to cause your opponents to become shaken for a number of rounds. The DC of this check is equal to 10 + the target's Hit Dice + the target's Wisdom modifier. If you are successful, the target is shaken for 1 round. This duration increases by 1 round for every 5 by which you beat the DC. You can only threaten opponents in this way if they are within 30 feet and can clearly see and hear you.
Is their something I am missing. I remember in the beta that if your attack bonus was higher than you intimidate skill you could substitute it. please some clarity on this would help me. thank you.

It's also much easier to boost intimidate than to boost the attack bonus.
A half-orc with Str 18 and Cha 14 who takes Persuasive, Skill Focus (intimidate) and Intimidating Prowess can get an intimidate score of +29 by level 10 (+31 if he also has the brute trait from Taldor). As a 10th Level rogue, he could take Skill Mastery. With that bonus, he could even demoralize huge dragons.

Dazzling Display allows you to take a full-round action to Intimidate all foes in range.
With the Intimidate skill, you can only intimidate one foe per standard action.
This is were I am confused you see it say in intimidate under demoralize that you use this skill to cause your opponents to become shaken for a number of rounds. it then also states that you can only threaten opponents in this way if they are in 30 feet and can clearly see and hear you. both times its states opponents not opponent implying that it effects all opponents in 30 feet. this is were I am confused because no were does it state that the demoralize effect of the intimidate skill effects only one target and since it doesn't it makes me wonder if their is something missing in the dazzling display feat.

Nope, Intimidate is to any one opponent that can see you within 30 ft, Dazzling Display is all opponents within 30ft. Dazzling Display is also a full round action where using Intimidate on one opponent is a standard action.

Jabor has it right.
What's the point of this feat ?
Too demoralize all foes within 30ft, instead of just one. More specifically, your teammates might be able to take advantage of this (uses abilities with saves that the enemies now have penalties to). You also decreases enemies' attack, effectively raising your (and your allies) AC for one or more rounds.

This would be the biggest waste of feats I've ever seen. You could demoralize a big dragon for a few rounds. It only takes 3 feats, an advance rogue talent, a specific race and a character trait. All this to give the shaken effect to an enemy for a few rounds. Seems fair to me, so I'm not sure what your point is.
