Players Reading Westcrown section of #25

Is there any "spoiler-oriented" reason not to let players read the Westcrown section of #25?

I gave it a prelininary read last night and I didn't see anything, but I wanted to make sure.

I know it says for sure that there's a councuil of thieves, but it also says that only conspiracy buffs in the city believe it exists, so from a "character knowledge" standpoint that's covered. And what player is actually going to believe that there isn't a power guild of somekind anyways... not matter what the gm says... ;)

It also refers to the pit fiend-powered generator in the mayor's basement, right? Or am I thinking of another article? My impression is that it makes mention to all the major locations that will come up during the AP and some GMs might not want their players to know some stuff until their PCs get to them.
