I have a question about the Channel Smite feat.
It allows your to spend one use of the channel energy ability as a swift action. The feat only talks about the effects against undead and living creatures.
I was looking into the Alignment Channel and the Elemental Channel feats. These feats allow you to use your channel energy ability against additional creature types.
Now the question is, if you can affect different creatures with your channel energy ability than undead or living because of the two feats above, does Channel Smite now work against those creatures as well?

From my reading of the feats the Channel Smite gives you the option of hurting undead and hurting living. I'd also rule that if you did a channel smite against a living creature you would heal them. On the same token the Alignment Channel feat states:
Instead of its normal effect, you can choose to have your ability to channel energy heal or harm outsiders of the chosen alignment subtype.
This would lead me to believe it adds more options to your channel ability. Since the Channel Smite doesn't preclude using those extra options, you should be able to use your Channel smite to harm outsiders as well.
