I was initially happy to see that my first subscription of the new AP and Cheliax Companion guide arrive today, but I discovered that USPS left the packaged out where it could be exposed to the rain. Needless to say, the entire contents were wet with pages sticking together and or 'warped' (can't think of another word for this). Would it be possible to mail these back and receive replacement copies?

Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear that! You will probably want to alert your postal carrier that this type of package will be arriving monthly, and you should work out some way to prevent this type of thing from happening in the future.

Don't worry about mailing the ruined books back to us. I will put replacement copies in with your next subscription shipment. Please use those soaked copies and the PDF until your replacements arrive. After that, feel free to dispose of the ruined books however you see fit (Perhaps a friend/acquaintance/player who is on the fence about whether or not to subscribe?).

Thanks,
cos

Humbly appreciated. :-) One step ahead of you as I already called my local USPS this morning and voiced my concerns.
