Shipping date for order #1212150

PFRPG orders were supposed to be shipped so as to ensure a delivery reasonably close to to the 13th. So I 'm wondering, why was my order shipped to Italy only on August the 11th?

By that date, some people (both in the US and abroad) had already received their copy...

Just like all of our subscription shipments, we process the shipments beforehand and set a future date as the "shipped by" date. In this case, the 11th was the "Will have shipped by" date. Your shipment most likely went out closer to August 1st, when we started the shipping queue.

I received the package today and, according to the stamps, it was shipped on the 10th.

It's not a big deal, I realize that you guys were swamped and somehow I did manage to survive for those days... ;-)
