Overpaid at Gen Con Order # 1232461

Creit card machine was messed up on my card and it "froze" the system up on Sarah twice.

So I paid in cash instead via Order # 1232471

Both numbers relate to the campaign setting. Can we please get this charge off my credit card please, or apply a credit to my account on Paizo.
