Can anyone tell me why Lem's Perform(Wind Instruments) skill has a rank of 9 while his Perform(Comedy) skill only has a rank of 7? Probably something horribly obvious, but I can't seem to find it.

He has a masterwork flute, that gives him the extra +2 to Perform (wind instruments).
