What region? Greek, Italian, southern France, Morrocan?

Hmm. I had a falafel pita with a side of hummus. Middle-Eastern, I would say, since I don't think falafel is Greek.

So Lebanese. I love Lebanese. There is this great dish that they make by stuffing zuchini with ground lamb and then cooking it with rice in crushed tomatos. It's heavenly and my kids won't eat it. I wish the Lebanese place had not gone out of buisness.

I appreciate you guys. Only true friends would put my condiments needs first.

Which, btw, what's up with all the different kinds of GP these days? The others are okay, but I really like the original and if other people pick it up for me, they always get all these new fangled Grey Poupons.

Between six thirty and seven our time. There should be plenty.

I looked it up, and apparently falafel originated in Egypt. I learn something new every day.

But that zucchini dish sounds delicious. I usually don't care for lamb, but I suspect it would be very good prepared like that.

I have no idea. I don't use GP, I use Beaver brand. It's a family operation up in Oregan, ad I know thir nephew so he gets me all I need or want. The recipie thay use has been pasted down, supposedly since the rule of Charlagmaine.

Ooh, and with the 2 hour time difference, that should be very doable. Except that I suspect there would be 2 or 3 layovers, since the Rochester International Airport goes... nowhere. (It's "International" because they have a flight to Toronto. How very cosmopolitan of them.)

The one timeI made it for my family I used ground beef, because my wife will not touch lamb. It was good. You could also use ground chicken or ground turkey if that's the way you hang.

Plus you would hve to fly into either Las Vegas or Salt Lake. It's three hours from Las Vegas, or four from Salt Lake. I doubt th puddle hopper to Cedar City flys that late.

Any of those would be okay. To me, lamb has a somewhat greasy, fatty quality that I don't care for. But it might be okay ground up.

Uh-oh.....Solnes going Nova in 3.....2.....1.....

;)

Ok, so my day has been a day!
First I was supposed to be at the boys school for his appt with the school Phsych...we were supposed to be there at 9am. Then at 11am we were supposed to have therapy, and then lunch with my mom.
So my morning starts with me waking a 9am, since my daughter turns off my alarm.
I rush rush rush to get everyone dressed, call the school letthem know I am running behind, call the therapist and rescheduel for next week, and get into the car.
We get there and the kids are all wound up. Kellen goes and talks with the speech therapist...just to evaluate, and we set the other two kiddies up with blocks in the Principals office, they are blocks the size of nickles...I have a 1 year old...he tries to eat them, so during my meeting with the phsych I get to try and make sure to listen while making sure my baby doesn't choke. Then the girl has to potty.
Finally we get down to business, and my daughter sits in the principals lap, kisses him on the cheek and tells him she loves him cause he's cute!!! I choke.
Sign papers, sign papers, sign papers....introduce Kellen, make plans for meeting with phsych person who deals with younger kids...and out the door we go.
Finally lunch!
Get home, give and take meds, nap time..
Whew...and I forgot to take the trash like I promised. :\

Yeah. It takes you decades to even bump up to the next CR and size increase.

Are you ok?

~gives a weak grin~ Yea, I am ok. I just realized that it is time to grow up if I want to grow as a person. ~grimaces~ The problem is that I have been the "scared little boy" for so long that it is hard to grow out of that mindset. ~wry smile~ And this is despite me handling a lot of hard stuff that has been thrown at me.
