Well, she's on a full liquid diet, so I'm not sure if that's something you'd want to hack on a daily basis. You'd go nuts. :P First week of January, she'll switch to puree items (instead of straining foods). It won't be until the end of January when she reaches the next stage to start chewing.
But at the top of my head, it's always important to get your proteins in before your carbs or anything else. Always thrive for 72 grams a day & 60 oz of fluids (preferably water - flavored or sugar free kool aid or however you decide). Got to drop the soda. If you need a caffeine kick, do those 5 hour energy shots that don't have the sugar, caffeine, or calorie issues.

Scwheeet! I'm actually going back into work tomorrow and I think we'll get out early on Thursday. If that's the case, I may be able to get all next week off. Just got back from seeing Avatar. Awesome visuals and not nearly as preachy as I had expected it to be. Plot was a little simple, think Dances with Wolves meets Apocalypse Now.Glad you enjoyed it. I'll be taking my kids to see it this weekend. My wife may skip it.
One word of warning. The Nav'i females spend most of the move in a state of dress that is best described as it's almost not naked. All the important parts are covered but just barely. You may want to take that into consideration.
