Anyone else having trouble opening their Everflame PDF? If I try to open it using Preview everything on the computer goes nutty. It seems as if the computer is trying to create the little preview icon and can't for some reason. What results is that the PDF opens at a crawl, slowing down everything to the point that I often have to force quit both Preview and Firefox. If I try to open the PDF using the "Open Recent", which doesn't create a preview icon, however, it opens without a problem. This is the only file I have this problem with (and I've had the same problem with both the original and the corrected version of the PDF). Any ideas?

you might want to repersonalize and then redownload the file. Something might have happened to the file in creation.What he said. :)
Please let me know if that works or not.

I tried that, too- no dice. Now last night I stumbled upon something I hadn't realized before- if I open the file on the laptop (running OS 10.5 (the desktop I have trouble opening it on has OS 10.4)) the file opens just fine and causes no trouble at all. So maybe it's for whatever reason got something to do with the OS? If that's the case I'm not concerned; next month when 10.6 comes out I'm updating both computers (I'm not losing sleep one way or another, mind you. This is more of a curiosity than anything else, and I just thought I should let someone know it was happening).
