I did, and my receipt shows it on there as a line item, but it's not in My Downloads. There were also no directions on where to go to download it. Anyone get it yet?
Also, the email that my account is setup with is the same one the receipt was sent to.

Yesterday it wasn't there, today it was. Just give it time methinks. If it's a week, then e-mail customer service.
I did. And got it right away in my downloads. Couldn't download it 'til Saturday though.
You might want to check with customer service. They're really quick on fixing things.
