How do you make "spoiler"?

How do you make the spoiler boxes in the posts and also how do you add links?

When you post, check under the window where you're writing your message and you'll see "BBCode tags you can use: [SHOWBOX]" Click that and all the little doodads will be explained.

They all generally work like "[word]Stuff[/word]" or "[word="Words"]Stuff[/word]".
