Hi, just asking what your customer service e-mail queue looks like, as I'd like to make sure my mail (or a response) didn't get lost.
I sent an e-mail to the customer.service@paizo.com e-mail address on 9/25/2016 regarding order 4023383 and have yet to receive a response, even an automated one. When I went looking for a page on average wait I found this forum, so here I am.
It's not a rush issue, but if I could get an estimated response timeframe I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm sorry to see that we haven't gotten to your email yet. I have found it in the inbox, and it is not lost, but we do have a lot of support requests and sometimes it can take awhile to get caught up on everything.
Response times can vary, as the volume of inquiries we receive can fluctuate quickly.
