Sovereign Court

Hi all -
I got the notice on 08/01 that you'd be charging my credit card for my order. I believe that went through but it seems that I now have $70 more on my card that I did yesterday, that means that something went wrong.
When I added the Pathfinder RPG subscription, I know that the security code was entered wrong (my WifeFIEND gave me the right code for a different card).
I've redone my credit card information and believe there should not be a problem. But I wasn't asked for the security code.
I'm hoping that I can still get these books before next weekend.
If they haven't yet been sent out, I'd discussed it previously in e-mail about having Cosmo signing my book (and of course, I don't want to miss out on having Alison McKenzie sign it as well). If that's still possible, please feel free to do so.
Thank you for your help.
Be Well. Be Well Signed.

Not an official source and may be wrong, but what you may have seen was them checking to see that they could charge your credit card. This usually shows up as a authorization on your card, that usually disappears after some time (varies from bank to bank). This usually happens behind the scenes and no one notices.

From what they have said before they "officially" charge your card once the order ships.

I'm showing that we authorized your order and charged it with no problems. It is possible (as StanC said above), depending on how your bank works, that they may have mistakenly treated the authorization and charge as two separate charges, and then your authorization faded.

I just got my confirmation e-mail. Whee!
Says that it'll ship Tuesday with a 4-8 day window. Bummer on that, as it means that earliest it'll be Saturday - but maybe longer.
But if it'll ship Tuesday, is it still possible for the autographs?
No real worries if not - as I know you'll be busy with the 50K orders to ship and GenCon to boot. But I figure if it's you guys putting the books in the package, then just maybe.
Be Well. Be Well Shipped.

Unfortunately, with our workload right now, we just can't do it. Also, your order is listed as shipped in our system, which means we can't do anything to modify it. We're really sorry :(
