Hello,

I am a subscriber to the Pathfinder AP printed materials. Sometimes I get e-mails regarding PDFs which are ready for download. For example, I got some this week about issue #24 being updated and now ready for download. However, whenever I have clicked on the link and gone to "My Downloads" the PDFs for the Pathfinder APs are not available to me.

Am I supposed to be able to download these and if so, how? Also, would these be the complete "modules" or similar to the old Dungeon downloads, which I really loved because I could print out visuals for my players.

Thanks i nadvance for your assistance!

It doesn't show you're a subscriber in you alias...

When on the Download page, you should first of all personalize your issues. After a couple of minutes the DOWNLOAD button will be available just above the personalize butten. Hit it, and your download should start automatically...

There will be two version of an AP issue, one zipped file containe all the chapters as different pdfs, and one zipped file (usually with the ad ALT), containing a single pdf file containing ALL pages of the issue!

They are complete modules.

They should be available, but you'll need to personalise them first, which inserts your name into the file to prove it's yours. If they're not available for selection, then there's something else going on and I'm sure someone will deal with it directly.

How do you mean not available? As a subscriber you should have two PDFs for each subscription item. One that is 1 PDF per chapter, and the other that is one HUGE PDF, in both cases, zipped up.

Are they simply not listed, or are they listed, and the "download" link is greyed out? If the latter, you need the "personalise" link right above download first....That watermarks it with your details, before you download it.....

Is this the same account that you subscribed with? if not, then you will have to be signed onto that account to see the downloads... I'm getting that snce it doesn't say subscriber next to your picture...

"Is this the same account that you subscribed with?"

Yes, or at least it definitely should be. I have no other account of which I am aware and this is the account the links in the e-mails takes me to.

Also, they do not show up at all. I do understand the personalization as I have done that for the beta release, etc.

So, it appears there is another problem. I suppose multiple accounts cannot be written off as a possibility, but it does seem unlikely.

I guess I wait for a Paizo tech person now, right? :-)

Yup, I'm sure one will be along shortly.

Fixed. Due to a bug, you managed to get two accounts tied to the same e-mail address, which isn't a good thing. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

You should now have a bunch files listed in your downloads.
