anyone? I know the author doesn't support the product anymore and was thinking about going in and manually entering all the feats/spells/updates or maybe collaborating with someone else.
I use DM Genie religiously, and have almost all the core classes updated, but very hapahzardly. I started to do the whole beta book but it was too much, so I have done just what my party uses. (Example, I have a sorc who uses Arcane Bloodline, so that is the only Blood line I have.) I am also a novice when it comes to scripting, so my feats usually work, but not very cleanly, just enough that they do what I want them to. I would be happy to share (Though I can not garuntee non buggyness) or halp out once the new books come out as I have time. I plan on updating to PRPG, at least until a better program comes out. Feel free to email me roncote1@comcast.net

Updating to pfrpg would be a huge undertaking. I wonder if we could divide updating to volunteer community members. Have each volunteer update specific sections, like one do races and the other do the classes. We would have to leave the scripting parts to the experienced of course. What is your thoughts?

I also use DM Genie, but is looking for a supported alternative. Until something equivalent comes out for PFRPG I will probably try to convert DM Genie even though there will be some things that are impossible to implement in the software.
From what I have been able to deduce there are a couple of software options that have the potential to fill the gap that DM Genie leaves. The first one is RPGXplorer, which is already supporting PFRPG Beta and have announced a combat manager that is looking promising. However, not much has happened this year in terms of GM support, so I for one will not register for a copy until I know for sure that it is implemented.
The other software I have found is PCGen, which now have GM support in the software. The GM part is however VERY buggy and not something I would use to GM my campaign at the moment.
Anyone that has found any other alternative?
WARNING: DM Genie is NOT supported anymore and the developer is apparently not reading the mailbox that any new subscription requests are sent to anymore. I would therefore warn anyone from registering for a new subscription of the software.

I also use DM Genie, but am also looking for an alternative. I will probably keep up as best I can until I find that elusive new software. Hopefully it will be as helpful as DM Genie has been at making the games run much smoother and quicker.
In addition to RPGXPlorer, I think Hero Lab also has something.
Perhaps when the new forums are added they will think about adding a software section for those of us that like to use this at the gaming table.
