I will start running my group through "Hook Mountain Massacre" in a few days. Because there are no paper minis for the opponents in this adventure, I plan on using the artwork from the book as proxy.
Can I download the pictures from the adventure paths anywhere? I only own the printed issue (which I bought at a local store), therefore I cannot just copy and paste the pics from the pdf.
Thanx!

Paizo sell minis for some of the creatures.
You could try using the pro-painted mini images?
Know anyone who can draw?
edit:
Also, many of the artists have blogs/galleries on which they post their work.for example.

*sigh* Maybe I could try elfwood... Getting some more pics of some degenerated hill-billy ogrekin could not be that hard, could it?!
You might also look into some of Fiery Dragon's generic counter pdfs. I'm sure you can find some of ogres and other things encountered in the adventure. From memory, though, the bog never included any NPC/monster art from PF3, though, so what you find will have to be from a different source.

My final solution for the Grauls´ farm (I hope anybody will find it useful):
- Map Pack: Farm: The included bedroom has a large and sturdy bed in it, just right for Mammy Graul´s ... special needs. I used the fields of wheat and corn with the scarecrow for the encounter with crowfood. He hid in the fields and delivered an especially nasty sneak attack-crit to our party´s rogue/swashbuckler.
- Wooden Tokens: I used wooden tokens and attached a picture of Mammy to it. I got it from the avatars. The tokens work well because Mammy is medium size.
- flip chart paper: I drew some locations on flip-chart-sheets. Very good if you want to have a very individualistic terrain, but a bit of work.
- Miniatures: For the rest of the Grauls, I used "Mogrelfolk" from DnD-Minis. Not spooky enough for my taste, but convenient. The spider and the rats were also represented by minis as were the captured rangers.
