Except in D&D 3.x, where you round all fractions down. In D&D, pi is just expressed as "3".

Mmmhmmm. Gnomes were hoping that in 4e, they would be able to use pi, but alas, the rules still round down fractions. That's why they decided to throw in the towel and become nature-loving fey in that edition.

Pi is a limit deliberatly being applied to your perception the fact is that Pi is every possible value.

Pi={K^n}

By restricting Pi to a fixed value you are limiting yourself to a fixed reality. To prove it, you need to draw a Sphere based on a fixed radius yet a new Pi value.

Now the USA is going to have to deport all Mathematicians to Antartica.

The circle was always round - it was your perception of reality that was distorted. Thats why they gave you a value of Pi other than Pi={K^n}.
