I notice I have not recieved Pathfinder Adventure Path #23: "The Impossible Eye" or the pdf download for it, is there a problem with my subscription?

It appears that the card was expired when we initially tried to charge and ship the book, then the order did not reprocess properly once you'd fixed the issue. I apologize for the delay! I have reprocessed the order and we will get your book shipped out to you as soon as possible.
