The description of the chupacabra always reminds me of kobolds. Small, bipedal, nocturnal reptillians that maim and eat hapless prey. I wouldn't be surprised if the next "sighting" includes recordings of "merk! merk!" :)

As a UNC Alum, I've no major concerns if it breaks free and starts eating students. ;)
