They went and folded my lovely new Dungeon Denizens lengthwise and stuffed them into a mini-mailbox! New Pathinder too!

Totally CP's fault, and I think that they are not beyond salvaging, but could you please remind the shipping folks to be liberal with the "Do Not Fold" stamp?

I'll put replacements in with your next subscription shipment, which should protect at least that shipment from mangl-lation.

With increased price in shipping came increased care of my books. I haven't received any broken books since my subscription switched from Dragon Magazine to Pathfinder.

One thing though, I'd appreciate if Paizo could wrap it in plastic. Water slightly damaged one of my book once, but nothing serious. I was lucky.
