I just received my PFRPG poster today and when I got it home and took it out of its tube, one of the corners is crumpled up and ripped. The tube itself appears to be in perfect condition, though the end which was damaged had clear packing tape over the end cap. I don't know if that was done by you or the post office. Is there any way I can get a replacement? I was planning to frame this one and put it up over my gaming table, so I'd prefer it to be in pristine condition. The order number was 1186765.
