There is a bug of some sort, but it is not in your downloads.
Your PDF is there and available, but it isn't anywhere near the top because you had previously purchased this PDF last March. It's there, but it's a ways down the page (using the "Find" command in your browser will bring it up).
You are normally unable to re-purchase PDFs. There should be a "(in your downloads)" link on the product page instead of an "Add to Cart" button. Evidently, this function is broken at the moment. Thank you very much for bringing it to our attention.
I will refund yesterday's purchase of this PDF, as store credit to your Paizo account, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
