First Shipment of a Pathfinder Chronicles Subscription

Hi guys

I just ordered a Chronicles subscription. While playing around with the shipping options, I "lost" Dungeon Denizens into an immediate separate shipment. Can it be held to ship with my July shipment?

Unfortunately, the book shipped out before I could stop it from going out.

However, due to some sort of bug within our system, your order was shipped out without charging you anything for shipping and handling.

...and thus a solution presents itself. We're going to figure out why it went out without a shipping and handling fee. But when we do, I will not "fix" the problem (i.e. charge you) when we figure out what happened.

Well that's weird, in a fate-ful sort of way. Obviously, your software has become infected with the spirit of excellence that is typical of Paizo customer service, and acted preemptively on its own, knowing somehow that I would request a change in the shipping.

If it's of any help, the following are the actions that led to this. I ordered the sub, and then was playing with the shipping options about 0230 Sunday morning June 21. Initially I was presented with 3 shipments in the "ship once per month" choice (Dungeon Denizens in June, bunch of stuff with Adventure Path in July, bunch in August). Clicked "ship with Adventure Path" and showed 2 upcoming shipments same as above but with Dungeon Denizens added to July shipment (resulting in saving $4-6). Next I checked "ship when available" out of curiosity ("Honey, but see how much I saved by getting all these things shipped at once!"). I decided to go with "ship with Adventure Path", but when I clicked back on it, Dungeon Denizens was gone from the list. Also gone from other options as well. Got an email not long after confirming the order and then a 2nd showing the cost and the "discount" on the shipping and handling resulting in no charge. I figured that was a mistake.
