Shouldn't "Pathfinder Chronicles: Dark Markets—A Guide to Katapesh (OGL) Print Edition" have been given a %15 discount because of my Adventure Path subscription?

You're right, it should have been applied, and I'm not sure why it wasn't. Therefore, I have retroactively applied the discount and credited the overage to your Paizo account. I apologize for the mix-up.
